These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which I provide energy healing sessions and the use of this website. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

About my services

• Energy healing is a gentle, complementary therapy that aims to support your overall wellbeing by encouraging relaxation, balance and your body's natural capacity to heal.
• Energy healing is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.
• I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or guarantee specific outcomes. If you have concerns about your health, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Booking a session

Healing sessions are available:

• In person at Cherry Tree Therapy Centre, Henley-on-Thames.
• Online via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp.

• Session fees and duration will be confirmed at the time of booking.
• You must be aged 18 or over to book a session for yourself. Sessions for children or young people under 18 require the consent and attendance of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

Payment

• Payment details will be provided when your booking is confirmed.
• Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before or at the time of your appointment.
• Current fees are displayed on the Services page. I reserve the right to amend fees at any time, although any confirmed booking will be honoured at the agreed price.

Cancellations and rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full.
• I understand that emergencies can happen, and exceptional circumstances will always be considered with kindness and fairness.

Confidentiality

• Everything shared during your healing sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality.
• Your personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and stored securely.
• Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

Your responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing.
• You will inform me of any relevant medical conditions or significant changes to your health.
• You remain under the care of your medical practitioner where appropriate.
• Any decisions regarding your healthcare remain your responsibility.
